B+K IS AN ALLIANCE PARTNER OF QLEE

B+K is a partner of the QLEE – Start of the further education initiative “Qualification Network Lusatia for Renewable Energies”.

The Qualification Network in Lusatia for Renewable Energies (QLEE) opened its doors in the past days with a kick-off event for politicians and companies in Lübbenau/Spreewald at the location of the LEAG Qualification and Conference Center. The declared aim of the project is to network stakeholders, companies and training providers for the further and advanced training of all employees in order to make them fit for possible new tasks in the field of renewable energies.

QLEE DEVELOPS CUSTOMIZED QUALIFICATION OFFERS IN THE FIELD OF RENEWABLE ENERGIES.

Together with the initiators of the LEAG project, the Institute for Operational Education Research (IBBF) and the German Renewable Energy Association, we as B+K form the “Qualification Network”, in which companies as well as their employees are supported with further training courses tailored to their needs and target groups. QLEE develops customized qualification offers in the field of renewable energies in Lusatia. The project is oriented to the changing needs of the regional economy in the structural change and contributes to the development and retention of skilled workers.

At the kick-off event at the premises of the QLEE co-initiator LEAG, politicians, companies and experts came together to get to know the project in a joint exchange and to develop an understanding of common ideas and objectives for the project in a kick-off workshop. Renewable energies offer a unique opportunity to transform Lusatia from a region affected by structural change into one of the leading energy regions in Germany. We are proud and at the same time grateful to be part of this network.
